How to add tags on Allocade (ex Simple Time Tracker)

In this article you will find how to create and assign tags while logging time on a ticket. Tags can help you categorize and track the purpose or type of work done.

 

Step 1: Select an existing ticket or create a new one

Step 2: Once the ticket is open, click on the "Open Time Tracker" button

Step 3: A pop-up window will appear. Click on "Manage Tags"

Step 4: To create a new tag, type the tag name into the white bar and click the "Create" button. Alternatively, you can select from the tags you've already created

Step 5: Once you've finished time tracking, you'll see the assigned tag in the overview page
